Written for people who use AI, not people who build it.

No jargon. If a post names a product you might not know, it says what it is. If a word like "context window" shows up, it's explained in the same sentence.

Most AI news fails one question.

Can you do something new today because of this? If the answer is no, it doesn't get posted. Research papers, funding rounds and "coming soon" all fail it.

A cloud of scattered white dots narrowing into four clean, ordered lines
  1. Read the sources

News from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and the tool makers people actually use, checked every 10 minutes.

  2. Drop the repeats

The same launch shows up in ten places. It gets posted once, and again only when the story moves.

  3. Ask the one question

Who can use this today: everyone, creators, businesses, students or developers? "Nobody yet" means it waits.

  4. Write it plainly

The first line says what it is and why you'd care. Every post has to make sense to a 12-year-old.

  5. Check it against the source

A second AI reads the original and checks every fact. If it can't confirm something, the post doesn't go out.

  6. Post with a link you can tap

Each post ends with the one link you need: try it, download it, or read the guide.

Thousands of dots falling into a sieve, with only a few passing through

What we leave out is the point.

  • Funding rounds
  • "Top 10 AI tools" lists
  • Waitlists and teasers
  • Hot takes about the future
  • Game-changer, mind-blowing, insane
  • Emoji and ALL CAPS

What's left is a few posts a day, each one something you can open and try. Guides and prompt packs are capped at two a day, so the feed never turns into a list.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. It's a public Telegram channel. Open it, tap Join, and posts show up in your Telegram like messages from a friend.

How many posts a day?

Usually a handful. There's no quota to fill: a post goes out only when something passes the test. On a quiet day that might be two.

Who writes the posts?

An AI pipeline built by Simple Flow. One AI picks and writes the post, and a second AI checks it against the original source before it's sent. If the checker can't confirm a fact, the post is dropped.

I don't code. Is this for me?

That's who it's written for. Developer news only gets in when it's a big release from a name you'd know, and even then it's explained in plain words.

Are posts sponsored?

No. Ads, sponsored posts and anything that only exists to sell a course are filtered out like any other noise.

Do I need Telegram?

To get posts as they come out, yes. Telegram is free on phone and desktop. You can also read the channel in a browser at t.me/s/ai_flow_daily.
